Strive FM’s 24hours, reactive building maintenance service is carried out by our own directly employed, experienced staff, located strategically across our geographical footprint. Our call center is operational 24 hours per day and staffed by our own experienced personnel. Ongoing maintenance programs, using our tried and tested operational methods, are put in place whether that be ensuring major plant is serviced and maintained or a progressive program of refurbishment and decorative works are carried out, Strive ensures your asset is preserved and major outlays on capital expense managed efficiently.

Strive’s preventative building maintenance is a service we promote as a tried and tested method of saving money in the longer term, which can also assist you with your internal budgeting. As a natural progression from reactive and planned maintenance we also carry out quoted minor works and refurbishments, and can handle larger project work for our clients.
